Vendor Applications – LouisiAnthro 2027

Thank you for your interest in vending at LouisiAnthro 2027 (January 29–31, 2027 at the Marriott Baton Rouge)!

We offer three distinct vending spaces to accommodate different types of creators and products. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your application.

Our Three Vendor Spaces

1. Dealers’ Den The main vendor hall for pre-made prints, physical products, apparel, plushies, accessories, and other finished furry merchandise. This area is all-ages and must remain family-friendly at all times.

2. Artist Alley A dedicated space for artists offering on-the-spot commissions, original artwork, prints, badges, and small handmade items. Artists are encouraged to create live during the event. This area is all-ages and family-friendly.

3. 18+ Adult Den A separate, age-restricted space for NSFW and adult-themed artwork, prints, toys, apparel, and accessories. Strict 18+ ID check enforced. All explicit items must be properly covered from public view

LouisiAnthro 2027 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in vending at LouisiAnthro 2027 (January 29–31, 2027 at the Marriott Baton Rouge)!

This form allows us to review your application for the Dealers’ Den, Artist Alley and/or 18+ Adult Den. We have limited booth space and review applications on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.

Key Policies You Must Agree To:

All items for sale must be 100% human-made (no AI-generated art or products allowed).
Merchandise in the main Dealers’ Den must be family-friendly. NSFW/adult items are permitted only in the 18+ Adult Den and must be properly covered from public view.
You are fully responsible for collecting and remitting Louisiana sales tax (~10.5%). LouisiAnthro does not report your income or hold any tax liability.

Please fill out the form completely and accurately. We will review your application and respond within 7–10 business days. Accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email with booth details, payment instructions, and the full Vendor Rules Packet.

Application Deadline: May 13, 2026 (early applications are strongly encouraged for best booth selection).
