Bag Check Policy
-
LouisiAnthro will NOT have a clear bag policy, but Convention Security will look inside your bag. Security will do their best to conduct bag checks as minimally invasive as possible. However, this may require moving items within the bag to see the entire contents of your bag.
-
A hand-held metal detector wand will be used in all instances deemed necessary by the Convention Security Team.
-
A walk-through scanner will be at the entrance of LouisiAnthro to look for prohibited items (ex. weapons, prohibited items, outside food or drinks, etc).
-
You may bring in an empty water bottle and fill it inside. We will have plenty of water stations.
-
If you have a medical/health reason to bring personal-sized snacks, please report to ADA in the ConOps room to receive your accommodation sticker for your badge. Otherwise, LouisiAnthro does not allow outside Food or Beverages.
